These days, it's difficult to find a company that can repair appliances effectively and at a reasonable cost. We are pleased to report that we have discovered a solution to this problem in Pegasus Appliance Repair. We called Pegasus a few weeks ago to repair our dishwasher. Émile, from Pegasus, did the job efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Consequently, we contacted Pegasus to repair and restore our Sub-Zero refrigerator. Dmitry and Émile, showed up, assessed the problem, and rebuilt the refrigerator, again at a reasonable cost. We feel lucky to have found Dmitry and Émile who are not only highly capable, but also very personable gentlemen. You can trust them to do a great job for you without a major assault your bank account. ~ Brendan K

Simple to set up appointment with the virtual assistant- so simple I was skeptical it was true that the same day I called, they had the appointment for the service. I was given a time with a reasonable 2 hour window and was contacted by text to be updated 30 minutes before they arrived. Peter professionally diagnosed the problem with the dryer heating element not working, showed me and found that he had the replacement part with him and had the repair done and the dryer put back together. That was the most efficient repair I’ve ever had. I only found out it was broken that morning at 8:30am and by noon it was fixed. Will share my great experience with Pegasus! ~ Rachel G

We had an awesome experience and I can't recommend Pegasus / Igor enough! Our dryer randomly stopped working. It would turn on but not start. Igor quickly found the problem and replaced the parts. (which he had on hand) Upon completion the dryer was making a bit more noise than usual to which Igor said if it doesn't completely go away after a few cycles to call him back as it was possibly the new part breaking in. I ended up having to call him back and he once again, quickly fixed the issue at no additional cost to me. His amazing customer care is greatly appreciated. Great service, easy to work with, reasonable prices. My mother's dryer had been failing intermittently for months - tumbled fine but no heat - so on a recent visit to her I called Pegasus to get service. I was very impressed by the speed of getting an appointment (next day after a late day call to the office). Emil called within the appointment window they gave me, arrived on time, was very amusing (not a requirement in a technician, but awfully nice!), and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Sadly, our very old dryer needed a part that had to be ordered, but Emil came back with the part in a couple of days and fixed the dryer. I could not be more pleased with this company. ~ Alison T

Our Miele dishwasher would not drain and had an error code. We now discovered that not all appliances repair companies service Miele dishwashers but Pegasus did so I gave them a call. Gregory ( the technician ) diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what the problem was and the payment system they use. Turns out we needed a new pump. The entire repair was fully documented with parts , labour and what the bill would be. The pump was ordered and installed. Gregory is a great technician and super polite. Very responseive. Called and had a technician out the same day. Was able to diagnose the problem with the dishwasher and dryer accurately and quickly. Gave a detailed repair quote for parts and labour and advised against repairing the dishwasher as the cost of repair was the same or close to purchasing a new one. Had the part for the dryer in a day and was back to repair it on time and efficiently. Peter was my technician and he was very polite and professional! Will definitely use Pegasus again! ~ Paul S

My front load washer needed repair; I called in Pegasus; Igor arrived exactly on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem; he ordered the needed parts; Pegasus called me when the parts came in, and Igor arrived and installed them. They sent a technician named Igor who was punctual, kind, informative, and very quick to fix my washing machine that was broken for weeks. Igor was fantastic. I called Monday evening and Igor was there early the following morning. He diagnosed both appliance issues (would you believe the fridge and washing machine leaked at the same time!). We needed parts which took a week to arrive (reasonable) and Igor was back quickly to make the repairs. Service was friendly, prices were transparent, and payment secure. Great experience. Peter laid out all the options and the potential prices of each, he left it to us to make the decision and didn't influence us either way. We ultimately decided to repair the dishwasher and he was able to do it and fix it very fast. Peter fixed my stove and was great to deal with. He showed up on time, figured out the problem right away, and had it working again way faster than I expected. Our dryer died a couple days before Christmas and most places I called were booking for the 30th and 31st. Pegasus was able to get Igor out to our place within a few hours.
